During the stay at home order, WIC faced the challenge of reaching its audiences to communicate that services were being offered remotely. San Diego County has the added challenge of housing five organizations that operate the program locally.
I managed a workgroup with contributors from all five organizations with the goal of creating a cohesive approach and toolkit for the region. In order to amplify our reach, we leveraged digital solutions and community partners.
